The Insurance and Administration team is a dedicated staff of administrators located at 100 Haven Avenue, Tower 2, 2nd Floor.
Our hours of operation are as follows:
Monday-Tuesday 8AM-6PM
Wednesday-Thursday 8AM-4PM
Friday 9AM-4PM
We are able to provide assistance with:
- Student health insurance enrollment and waiver process
- Insurance coverage information and claims
- Student account billing questions
- Reimbursement process
