CUIMC Student Health on Haven Patient Portal Upgrade

At this time, we are experiencing delays with the migration to our new patient portal.

• If you need to schedule an urgent appointment during this time period, please call us directly at  212-305-3400. 
• Please refrain from submitting any pre-registration documents or COVID-19 vaccination documentation until we confirm the new portal is live. If you have urgent questions regarding pre-registration, email shsregistration@cumc.columbia.edu.
• If you need to contact your provider or another member of the Student Health on Haven team, email studenthealthonhaven@cumc.columbia.edu.
