Virtual Yoga for Students

Well-Being and Health Promotion is offering mindful movement classes via Zoom with Nicole Mitch, a yoga instructor and Licensed Massage Therapist. January: Virtual Mindful Movement Classes with Nicole

Join us for a series of mindful movement classes via Zoom with Nicole Mitch, a yoga instructor and Licensed Massage Therapist. Throughout the month of January, we'll be offering yoga, breath work, and self-massage. Drop into as many classes as you like! For the self-massage class, be sure to have a self-massage tool on hand—a small ball (tennis, lacrosse, pinky, etc.) or just a rolled up towel are all you need.
