Virtual Yoga for Students

Well-Being and Health Promotion is offering mindful movement classes through Zoom. Our scheduled classes have ended for the spring semester and we will provide updates for summer programming in early June. Our schedule may change week to week—for the most updated event details, please check our weekly newsletter archive.
